Redmi Word 17 might need simply run Geekbench revealing its chipset and RAM quantity


A Xiaomi device with the model number 2607DRA18C has been spotted in the Geekbench online database. While the listing doesn’t reveal the name of the device, past rumors have suggested that it could be the Redmi Note 17.

A handset with the model number 2607DRA18I was recently certified for sale in India by BIS. The “I” at the end means it’s meant for India, while the “C” at the end of the model number of the handset that ran Geekbench means it’s meant for China.

As you can see in the screenshot above, it managed a single-core score of 1,027 and a multi-core score of 3,002. It’s powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset, paired in this specific prototype with 12GB of RAM. The device will run Android 16 out of the box, undoubtedly with Xiaomi’s HyperOS on top.

Since the global model basically seems to have the same model number as the Chinese one, it’s unclear whether we should expect there to be any specs differences between the two. The Chinese Redmi Note 17 series is getting official on July 14, by the way.
