And that’s why I was excited to take the stage today with Hari Srinivasan at our annual Talent Connect event to unveil one of the most innovative products LinkedIn has ever built that will transform the hiring process for recruiters. Our first AI agent, Hiring Assistant, will help recruiters focus on the parts of the job they love, the meaningful interactions with candidates, while reducing the time spent on the repetitive parts of the job they don’t.
We want to help recruiters be recruiters.
