Apple has released a variety of new public beta updates today. Public beta 3 is now available for macOS Sequoia 15.4, iPadOS 18.4, and more. Here are the details.

Public beta 3 focuses on improving performance in macOS 15.4 and more
Yesterday, Apple debuted developer beta 3 for its full lineup of upcoming software releases.
Now, as per its usual pattern, the company has followed up with new public beta versions of many of those same releases.
New public beta 3 software releases include:
iOS 18.4
iPadOS 18.4
macOS Sequoia 15.4
tvOS 18.4
HomePod 18.4
watchOS 11.4
The only platform Apple doesn’t currently provide public betas for is visionOS, which is getting a lot of big Apple Intelligence additions in version 2.4.
One nice addition in macOS 15.4 beta 3 is that you can download the Sky Blue variant of the desktop wallpaper that debuted with the M4 MacBook Air.
Overall though, beta 3 is extremely light on new features. Users should hopefully see smoother performance across their devices as Apple eliminates bugs in the software, but feature additions have been hard to spot.
We’re expecting these updates to ship publicly to all users in early April, so there’s certainly still time for Apple to make more substantive changes before it shifts to focus on bug fixes. Maybe beta 4 will prove a more exciting release in a week or two.
