Good morning, and thank you for joining us today for our pre-recorded discussion of our first quarter 2025 earnings results. Joining me on the call today are Howard Friedman, CEO; Ajay Kataria, CFO.

Thank you, Kevin, and good morning, everyone. Let’s begin with a few key messages. We delivered a strong start to the year with first quarter organic net sales growth of 2.9%, led by branded salty snacks growth of 4.9%. We gained dollar and volume share in the salty snacks category for the 13-week period ended March 31st, 2025, as measured by Circana’s MULO+ with convenience, driven by the continued momentum of our Power 4 brands.
