DAN SPENCER Streams Touching Cowl Of WARNING’s “Footprints”

Dan Spencer – the most metal artist making non-metal music out there right now – is here to pay tribute to doom legends Warning and Jason Andrew Molina’s long-running project Songs: Ohia.

Check out Spencer’s covers of “Footprints” and “An Ace Unable To Change” below, and try to tear yourself away from both after just one listen. You can’t do it. Spencer is so goddamn talented and good at what he does that everyone really, truly needs to check his originals out. I’ll link to a few below.

“My covers of ‘Footprints’ by Warning and ‘An Ace Unable To Change’ by Songs: Ohia are out now,” wrote Spencer. “Proud to have had my good friend Adam Nicholson play lead on ‘Footprints’. These songs are both really special to me and I’m glad I get to share them with you. More to come soon.”
