Pantera thundered back onto the stage Tuesday night, July 15 at The Pavilion At Star Lake in Burgettstown, PA where they launched The Heaviest Tour Of The Summer. Pantera ripped through a powerful 15-song set that thrilled diehard fans and marked several historic live moments for the band.
The performance opened with “Hellbound”, the searing track from 2000’s Reinventing The Steel, played live for the first time since 2001. That album was well-represented throughout the night, with additional rare outings of “Goddamn Electric” and “I’ll Cast a Shadow”, also resurrected after a 23-year hiatus.
But the biggest surprise of the evening came mid-set when Pantera performed “10s” from The Great Southern Trendkill — a song the band had never played live before. Fans erupted at the live debut, making it a standout moment of the night and one that underscores this tour’s deeper dive into the band’s catalog. The full set was:
