Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho starred together in the popular and hit K-drama The Heirs. They played each other’s love interests, and their on-screen chemistry made fans wish for their reunion.
The duo recently reunited at Park Shin Hye’s wedding with Choi Tae Joon, which was a star-studded event attended by several people from the South Korean industry.
Lee Min Ho took to his social media to congratulate his co-star in a unique way. He shared photos of himself from the wedding: a mirror selfie wearing a grey suit and a picture from the invitation card which read “Kim Tan,” a reference to his character from The Heirs. The actor addressed his co-star with his character’s name, adding a sense of personalization.
Fans were in awe of the caption along with the post, which was also a reference from their series, reading, “Do I congratulate you?” This line was iconic from when Kim Tan proposed to Cha Eun Sang by asking, “Do I like you?”
If this wasn’t enough to make fans feel nostalgic, singer Lee Hong Ki entertained the guests with a beautiful rendition of I’m Saying from the series.
The Heirs is a South Korean TV series released in 2013, starring Lee Min-ho, Park Shin-hye, and Kim Woo-bin. The series is a teenage drama that shows a young man from a wealthy family falling in love with his housemaid’s daughter.
