Majed’s Journey Comes Full Circle With Headlining Pop-Up DJ Set in SoCal

After pivoting from a struggling music producer to a massive content creator, Majed is coming full circle with a headlining DJ set this March.

The DJ, known for building what is generally considered the largest music reaction platform in the world, will headline an exclusive pop-up March 14th at the Dirt Dog Compound in Commerce, California. The event is a big moment for Majed, whose platform currently draws 80 million monthly views on TikTok.

The SoCal performance represents a full-circle moment for Majed, who made the difficult decision years ago to leave his family in Lebanon and pursue a career in the music industry. After early struggles where local clubs consistently refused to book him, he shifted his focus to music production in 2016, a year that saw a freak explosion accident destroy his apartment and leave him broke.

The Financial hardship eventually forced a pivot, leading him into the content creation space. There, he built a dedicated following of over 17 million people who trust his perspective on global music culture.

Now, equipped with one of the most visible platforms in music media, Majed has been busy returning to his original goal. Last year saw him break out at Austin’s ILLfest, where he delivered his first-ever festival performance, and he’s now poised to headline more events.
