Biryani is a complex South Asian dish, requiring precise techniques, perfect timing, and a delicate balance of spices, said Nala Robotics. It asserted that BIRYANIMAN replicates this challenging process with high accuracy, allowing both home cooks and professionals to create high-quality biryani every time.

With advanced robotics and AI-driven algorithms, BIRYANIMAN expertly blends spices, rice, meat, and layered textures, ensuring every serving tastes authentic, the company said.

The system can prepare a wide range of biryani styles—Hyderabadi, Lucknowi, Kolkata, and more. BIRYANIMAN promises to deliver consisten flavors each time.

According to Nala Robotics, the system’s most striking feature is its capacity to prepare up to 100 distinct types of biryani, from traditional recipes to modern twists, all with the same quality. Whether it’s a spicy chicken biryani or a flavorful vegetarian version, BIRYANIMAN guarantees consistent flavor, texture, and aroma, claimed the company.

“Integrating robotics into such a complex cuisine guarantees that each dish will consistently taste exactly as the recipe intended,” stated Massimo Noja De Marco, chairman of Nala Robotics

The debut installation of BIRYANIMAN will take place at BIRYANIBUFFET in Naperville, Ill.

As the demand for kitchen automation and global cuisine rises, the system can prepare multi-step dishes, helping users achieve consistent results without sacrificing flavor or quality, said Nala Robotics. It added that the product represents a leap forward in automating labor-intensive, high-skill cooking processes for restaurants, catering services, and home kitchens alike.

Nala Robotics is also setting up BOT BITES, its first 24-hour, multi-cuisine, fully robotic restaurant, at the campus of University of Northern Texas. Earlier this year, the company partnered with Re-Up to install its Wingman robots at the convenience store chain’s location in Melbourne, Fla.
