Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne’s final show is coming up on July 5, and will be broadcast to the entire world (sans those tho managed to get tickets and flights). The show is set to feature everyone from the aforementioned to Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Tool, Slayer, and a band that apparently got ejected before anything got announced.
According to Sharon Osbourne in an interview with Metal Hammerthere was a massive argument before the band’s manager and Osbourne that resulted in them getting cut.

“I had a huge, huge to-do with a manager over this celebration for Ozzy and Sabbath. And it was probably the worst way I’ve felt in years. And I don’t care what this person says about me, thinks about it, because he doesn’t know me. And he’s now going around making up bullshit lies because I threw his band off the bill.
“I don’t care what people say. Because do you know what? I don’t love them. I care about people who love me, what they say about me. You can’t care what an industry says, because you don’t love them, so how can it hurt you? It doesn’t.”
And no – this isn’t a continuation of the Osbourne family’s feud with Iron Maiden: “Oh god, no. Ozzy only has respect for the guys in Maiden. And he didn’t even know what Bruce (during ‘Ozzfest’) was doing. I never told him, until the night that it happened when it was the last show, and he just looked at me and goes, ‘You’re terrible.'”
Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath’s farewell show named Back To The Beginning is happening on July 5, and will be broadcast live from Birmingham’s Villa Park with livestream tickets on sale right here.
Back To The Beginning will be captured, produced and distributed by Mercury Studios (One to One: John & Yoko, American Symphony, Metallica Saved My Life). Kelly Sweeney, Managing Director of Mercury Studios said: “Mercury Studios are incredibly proud to be involved in capturing this monumental milestone at Villa Park.
