The Secret to Monetary Miracles (for proof it really works, learn until the very finish)

(This was inspired by a discussion in my online community, The Wealth Connection. I listened with awe to women who put this principle into practice and reported miraculous changes.)

You want to create financial miracles? Let me tell you how.

The secret is deceptively simple, incredibly powerful, yet can be so uncomfortable, many won’t want to do it.

But if you’re willing to try, and you’re consistent in your efforts, you’ll experience significant change, often within a very short time.

The secret is this: Stop telling your old story.

Stop talking about your life as it’s been: your flaws, your fears, your sorrows and distress.  And start talking about the life you desire to create: who you want to be, what you want to do, how you want to feel, as if it’s already true.

“What you share you strengthen,” A Course in Miracles explains.

So, ask yourself this: What do I wish to strengthen? A replay of the past. Or the life of my dreams.

Instead of complaining “I can’t seem to make any money,” reframe it to “I’m excited to earn more this year.”

Granted this takes considerable vigilance and determination. And guaranteed, it will feel awkward, even phony, at first.

Yet every time you share your future aspirations (rather than rehash your past predicaments), you literally weaken the old unwanted neuropathways and strengthen new, more desirable ones.

Before you know it, you’ll find yourself making new choices, engaging in new behaviors, seeing the world differently…which is literally how you create miracles.

The magic ingredient is simply this—the words you use.  Here’s a true story that illustrates the astonishing power of your words.

Phil Halmeeth is a professional poker player who’s won a record 14 World Series of Poker Tournaments. But before that, he suffered an 8-year losing streak. No matter what he did, his bad luck wasn’t budging.

Then one day he changed a few words he regularly used and his life turned around.

He altered his email address from “tryingtobethegreatest” to “beingthegreatest.” To date he’s won over $22million.

As he told a Wall Street Journal reporter: “I’m a big believe in the power of the word.”
