Three-Fourths Of JANE’S ADDICTION Is Working On New Music

Jane’s Addiction’s show on September 13 at the Leader Bank Pavilion in Boston, MA was sadly the end of the band when vocalist Perry Farrell assaulted guitarist Dave Navarro on stage. Jane’s Addiction originally cancelled their show on September 15 with possible plans to continue, but ultimately canned their whole tour and said they were taking time away as a band.

Now it seems that three-fourths of Jane’s Addiction – Navarro, drummer Stephen Perkins, and bassist Eric Avery – is back in the studio working on new music sans Farrell. No word on who their new singer might be, but you can check out some footage of Avery jamming below.

“Writing some more new lines to some of Stephens drumming,” wrote Avery. “Look forward to getting some Mr Navarro on them. 2025!”
