Yella Beezy’s Bond Release Breakdown

CBS reports that Dallas police arrested Yella Beezy, formerly known as Markies Conway, on March 20. Authorities charged him in connection to an alleged murder-for-hire plot involving rapper MO3, whose real name is Melvin Noble. Beezy was then held in Dallas County Jail for a week with the two million.

However, during a hearing on March 27, a judge dropped the bond amount to $750,0000, requesting that Beezy avoid contact with any victims and witnesses tied to the case. Per CBS, Texas law allows defendants to cover 10 of their bond by paying a bond company, which then covers the rest under an agreement. It’s unclear if Yella Beezy covered the entire bond or used the alternate route.

More About Yella Beezy’s Arrest

The Shade Room previously reported that TMZ obtained court documents stating that Yella Beezy knowingly took part in rapper MO3’s murder on November 11, 2020. CBS added that Beezy allegedly hired Kewon White to carry out the hit in exchange for payment. Authorities claimed White followed through on the deal and shot MO3 using a firearm.

According to Fox4Newsinvestigators revealed that Mo3 sat in his car on a Texas interstate when White, wearing a ski mask and holding a gun, approached him. Spotting the threat, MO3 tried to run, but White chased him and shot him multiple times in the back. Police arrested Kewon White a month later and charged him with murder. He is reportedly serving a nine-year prison sentence for fire-arm offenses tied to the shooting.
