Mel B took to Instagram to share a sweet video of herself joining a dance class performing a routine to her hit Spice Girls track “Stop”
“Walking past this dance group rehearsing to @spicegirls !!! I had to join them!!!! 💙💙💙,” she captioned the video, where she donned a blue sweatsuit and fuzzy socks on her feet
Once she entered the studio, Mel removed her hair cover, jumped around and danced ecstatically to the head of the class near the instructor, saying, “Oh, I like this song! Here we go!”
Melanie “Mel B” Brown knows that when the right time comes around to break into a dance routine, it’s hard to turn it down.
The Spice Girls member, 50, took to Instagram on Wednesday, June 25, to share an awesome moment when she stumbled on a group dance class practicing a routine to the award-winning pop outfit’s hit track “Stop.”
“Walking past this dance group rehearsing to @spicegirls !!! I had to join them!!!! 💙💙💙,” Brown captioned the video on Instagram.
In it, she donned a blue sweatsuit and fuzzy socks, scurrying across a cobblestone street to a dance studio that had “Stop” playing through its speakers and echoing into the street.
Once she entered the studio, Brown removed her hair covering, jumped around and danced ecstatically to the front of the class near the instructor, saying, “Oh, I like this song! Here we go!”

The star then hit a signature shimmy as she began leading the students, who were clearly shocked by the surprise instructor, to complete the routine.
After a minute of pure bliss for the class, the superstar went around to each student individually and shook their hands, commending them for their efforts.

“Alright, that’s it, get back to f—— work!” she said with a smile as she left the classroom, before hugging a friend and then doubling back for a quick group photo.
Though she added “(I) lost my voice,” Brown made sure to tout the group’s efforts in paying homage to her classic hit track.
Most recently, the singer, known as Scary Spice, stepped out in a leopard-print bikini, which she paired with a mini veil on her head and garter on her right thigh, to attend her “hen do,” a pre-wedding celebration comparable to a bachelorette party with popularity in the United Kingdom.

The America’s Got Talent judge is set to marry her fiancé, hairstylist Rory McPhee, in late 2025 at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London.
