Karen Lugo has joined Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana as guest artistic director.
Giulia Faria and Melissa Sadler have been named interim co-artistic directors of New York Theatre Ballet, filling in while artistic director Steven Melendez takes a medical leave of absence through January.
Sarah Crowell has been named artistic director of Dance Mission Theater.
Charlotte Geeves has been appointed executive director of National Ballet of Canada, succeeding chief financial officer Amanda Ram, who has served as interim executive director since July 2024, in September.
Kath M. Mainland has been named the next executive director of Dundee Rep and Scottish Dance Theatre, succeeding Liam Sinclair.
Christopher Dennis has been appointed managing director of ODC, beginning September 8.
Sofiane Sylve has joined the National Ballet of Canada as artist in residence.
Aszure Barton has been named an artist in residence at Gauthier Dance, beginning with the 2025–26 season.
At Birmingham Royal Ballet, Yu Kurihara has been promoted to principal, Enrique Bejarano Vidal to first soloist, and Daria Stanciulescu to principal character artist. Katherine Ochoa has joined as a first soloist. Rory Mackay and Jonathan Payn have been appointed répétiteurs.
At Dresden Semperoper Ballett, James Kirby Rogers has been promoted to principal.
At American Ballet Theatre, Sierra Armstrong, Takumi Miyake, and Jose Sebastian have been promoted to soloist, effective September 1.
At Ballet West, Rylee Ann Rogers, Dominic Ballard, and Vinicius Lima have been promoted to soloist. Soloist Kristina Pool retired at the conclusion of the season.
