Kerur Holdings (included on the Tokyo Stock Exchange: KRUR), which is controlled by Shlomo Rudaf and Ronnie Gat through Israel and Supply Co. Ltd., each of which has 50%, has signed an agreement with Richard Hunter’s Green Lantern investment company to sell its share in Tapugan Industries (37.74%), along with other contributors to Tapugan. The total amount is 507 million shekels, or Kerur Holdings will receive 207 million shekels. The agreement is subject to several conditions, including the approval of the Competition Authority.

Under the agreement, the interview will be paid in two installments: 400 million shekels upon completion of the deal, and 107 million shekels after a year.
The agreement states that the deadline for the completion is December 31, 2025, but if the approval of the competition authority is not obtained by that date, there will be an automatic extension until March 31, 2026. If the deal is completed after the end of this year, the return will rise by 150,000 new shekels per day, from which Kerur Holdings will receive 61,200 shekels.
Keur Holdings will make a profit before the tax of 192 million shekels of the sale.
Tabogan produces frozen potato chips and other potato products.
Through the current acquisition, Green Lantern will expand its property in the Israeli food market. It already has a strong presence in the dairy, ice cream and meat sectors, including the shares of Jad Dairy Company, which was launched last month on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Valddman Ice Cream, Marina Jalil Marsoumz, and meat products company Yahya Delicatin, in Kibbutz Yaham.
